Please have the CAP minor submit a Form 5 change of program proposal to accommodate the addition of GRY 324 as an option in their Category 4.� You may also want to discuss with them the option of cross-listing GRY 324 as a new CAP 324 course as well to maintain your dual listing of the upper level GIS courses.� If you wish to pursue this cross-listing you would need to add the cross-listing statement in your Form 2 proposal for GRY 324 as well.
Please have the Childhood Education major submit a Form 5 change of program proposal to accommodate the addition of GRY 324 as an option into each of their programs as needed.� This will not come to the A&S curriculum committee but it is simply our recommendation that it try to arrive at the all college curriculum committee with your proposal.�

On the front of Form 2 please indicate the change in frequency code from F to S in the second check box.

For the Biology with Environmental Science Concentration please obtain comments from both the Biology Department and the coordinator of the Environmental Science Concentrations.� If any of these programs wishes to add GRY 324 to their programs or make any other changes as a result of your proposal please have them send in a Form 5 change of program proposal to reflect those changes.�

In the proposed course description please change the prerequisite to �GRY/CAP 327� for consistency with your GRY 330 course description.� Please update the course description on the outline for this proposal as well.�
On the outline for this proposal please include a more specific statement of the course goals and objectives that are focused on student learning outcomes as with the outlines from your other proposals.�
